西鐵朗屏站 B2 出口 (往朗屏邨) 出發, 步至朗屏邨商場附近的巴士總站, 乘九巴76K, 於紅毛橋站下車.

Take a West Rail train and get off @ Long Ping station. Start from Exit B2, walk to the way for Long Ping Estate.
When you've reached the shopping centre of Long Ping Estate, there's a bus terminus nearby. Take a KMB bus no. 76K and get off at Hung Mo Kiu bus-stop.
紅毛橋站下車後, 附近有南生圍的指示牌. 沿指示牌可步至南生圍路, 再沿錦田河向前行.

@ Hung Mo Kiu bus-stop, there's a road sign for Nam Sang Wai nearby. Just walk into Nam Sang Wai Road and keep on walking along Kam Tin River.
長長的南生圍之旅由此開始, 大約步行40-45分鐘 (4.2km)

The long walk to Nam Sang Wai started from here! 4.2km in length (Nam Sang Wai ONLY), we had walked for 40 mins!!

到了南生圍的大草坪, 樹林後有林徑一條, 可通往聯興圍的漁村, 必要一看!!!

We had reached the big grassland of Nam Sang Wai. There's a forest track behind the trees. The path is for Luen Hing Wai.
There're wonderful nature scenes and fishermen's village inside. MUST go to have a look!

聯興圍內瘋狂拍照: 漁塘, 破舊棚屋, 小艇, 還有一小狗黃小B 的墓碑!!! 聯興圍仍有少數居民, 大家不要大吵大叫.

Taking photos like crazy inside Luen Hing Wai~ fish ponds, old stilt houses, fishing boat, and also with a tomb-stone for a dog called "Wong Siu B" (Little B from Wong's family!)
There are still a few fishermen living here, please don't scream and disturb them.
自然界來的驚喜~~!! 一大片蓮花海在荒廢的池塘內, 蓮花又大又美, 惹來不少影友來此拍照.

Gift from nature!! A big piece of lotus flowers blooming in those abandoned ponds!!!
They are so big and beautiful, many photographers also were here today for these pink beauties!
沿南生圍路回程.... 在30度的高溫下, 大家都走進林中避暑, 但仍然很熱.... 突然林中出現一食店 (不是海市蜃樓!!!!), 像沙漠中見到水一樣, 即衝前入內.
先來一碗冰凍豆腐花, 再來汽水!! 立即涼爽了!!!

We left from Nam Sang Wai Road again! Under a high temperature of 30C, we all escaped to the woods! But still felt very hot!!
Suddenly a little food stall appeared inside the woods (NOT a mirage!!!),
then we rushed into the shop and order chilled sweetened tofu, followed by soft-drinks!
食店在漁塘旁, 大家邊吃邊拍照! 有很多面包在漁塘上, 原來是飼料!! (我們也是面包當早餐!!)

The food stall is just built along the fish ponds, we all took some photos as we were eating. There was bread spreaded on the top of the fish ponds for feeding the fishes!
(We also had bread for breakfast this morning!!)
離開南生圍, 沿長長的單車徑步向對面的中石化油站 (青山公路~潭尾), 在旁邊的凹頭巴士站乘64K 巴士往錦上路地鐵站.

We left Nam Sang Wai and walked along the super long cycling path and through the subway to the opposite side for the gasoline station (Castle Peak Road -- Tam Mi).
Then we took bus no. 64K from Au Tau bus-stop which is next to the gasoline station, and got off at Kam Sheung Road MTR station.
補充水源~ 錦上路地鐵站旁邊的跳蚤市場, 內有飲品及日用品.

Final stop~ now we were @ Kam Sheung Road MTR station, there's a flea market next to it. We rushed into the flea market for drinks again!!!
