NR84 馬鞍山村村巴站起步

在馬鞍山街市的出口旁邊, 走去鞍祿街馬路旁, NR84 村巴站..

To get a bus to Ma On Shan Country Trail, you can get help from Google:

(Inside MOSTown, go to the basement where Ma On Shan Food Market is located, go out to On Luk Street and you can find NR84 Village bus-stop on the pavement.)

Find the Bus -Exit at Exit B and find the NR84 village bus stop on On Luk Street. 📍Bus to Village-Take the NR84 bus to the Ma On Shan Village terminus (the last stop). 📍Start Hiking - From the bus terminus, follow signs for the Ma On Shan Country Trail or the Ma On Shan Family Walk archway to begin your ascent.

Pyramid Hill is right HERE!!! 

There is a hiking trail leading to the summit of Pyramid Hill.

昂平高原大草地, 但露營已被禁止, 要去官方營地.

Ngong Ping Plateau!!!

A large piece of lawn, but camping is restricted now.

You have to go to the official campsite for camping and cooking.

Let's see him fly!!!

昂平營地在C3306 附近, 今日會去半日野營, 順便煮點山水沖茶及泡個碗麵

The official campsite (Ngong Ping Campsite) is near C3306.

We are going to have a half-day wild camping here, boil some stream water for tea and instant bowl noodles.

昂平營地其實有點悶熱, 如果要露營, 最好在日間紮好營, 走回昂平大草原玩, 晚上轉涼了才回營地睡覺.

營地沒有什麼風, 晚上反而是個好地方, 不怕帳篷被吹走..

It is quite hot and ventilation is not very good inside Ngong Ping Campsite.

Better to setup your tents or shelters in the campsite first, then go back to the lawn to have a cozy day-time.

Go back to the campsite for a sleep after sunset when the place is not so hot.

As the campsite is surrounded by the forest, it is warmer during the autumn / winter nights, your tents won't be blown away by strong wind.

煮好了食物及茶, 我們都是回到大草原, 營地日間很熱.

今天沒有帳篷, 在昂平大草原直接野餐及午睡, 風大很舒適.

The official campsite is very hot during the day-time, we finished cooking and brought our food and drinks back to the lawn for a picnic.

Just sleep on the picnic mat and enjoy a windy and cozy lunch here.

天黑前, 走入馬鞍山荒廢了的礦場看一下.

A short adventure before the place is getting dark -- going into the abandoned Ma On Shan mine for a walk.

The last bit of sunlight before dusk.

有汽水機, 下山前仍有補給.

There are some vending machines inside the country park, buy a can of soft-drink before going downhill.


下山了, 之後的路沒有街燈, 要靠月光引路.

The last part of our walk, no street lamps along the traffic road, we have to follow the moonlight along the way.
