Wild Camping on New Year's Eve near Big Buddha

三年沒進入寶蓮寺, 今日進去買素包點拿去營地作午餐.
We haven't entered Po Lin Monastery for 3 years, today we go into the temple to buy some veggie dim sum.
寶蓮寺內買素包點, 野營時當午餐.
We bought some vegetarian dim sum from Po Lin Monastery, as today's lunch during our wild camping.
雖然是早上, 但昂平營地已經爆滿, 要上山找平地野營.
Although still early in the morning, Ngong Ping Campsite is already FULL!!
We have to go up the hillside to find a site for wild camping.
最後在山邊找到一小片草地, 作野營之用, 但中午之後山上也是滿座!!!
Luckily we found a small piece of land suitable for wild camping near the hillside.
But even the hillside was FULL of campers after noon!
野營的午餐 -- 寶蓮寺買來的素點心.

帳篷中來個午睡, 然後是茶點時間 --- 山友送來的蛋糕.
After a nap in the tent..... then time for our afternoon tea.... we have got a little box of cake from another team-mate.

鳳凰山下發出金光的 Tentsformer, 的確是野營好拍檔.
Tentsformer is shining like glittering golden pyramid under Lantau Peak, really a good campion for short camping.
附近有野外廚房.
There's a wild kitchen near our tent.
夕陽無限好, 佛道回東涌.
Sun is setting, time to go back for Tung Chung via Fat Mun Ancient Trail (Temple path) before getting dark.
