今早在西貢碼頭乘坐小巴 7號, 前往我們的起步點~~ 白沙澳!!! 今天的目的地是荔枝莊, 離白沙澳約 70-90分鐘步程, 全程石屎村路, 安全易走.
We took a minibus (no.7) from Sai Kung pier this morning for our start point~~ Pak Sha O!! Our destination is Lai Chi Chong, which is about 3km (70-90 minutes' walk) from Pak Sha O, with a very hiker-friendly village road, a short walk for both kids and adults!

白沙澳本是一條客家村, 不過現在租住的居民則是外國人, 他們把客家村屋裝飾成美麗的西式小屋及花園, 非常吸引!!
Pak Sha O village is a Hakka village at first. But now as most of the residents are foreigners, the Hakka style houses are decorated in Western style~~~ now becoming lovely cottages with beautiful gardens!!
離開白沙澳, 向荔枝莊進發.
Leaving Pak Sha O and now going to Lai Chi Chong.
分水位~~ 下山的路通往深涌, 荔枝莊則在另一邊.
Going downstairs for Sham Chung, or another side for Lai Chi Chong.
很快便到了荔枝莊, 這裡雖然偏遠, 但有不少居民!!
We arrived Lai Chi Chong village within a short time. Although Lai Chi Chong is far away from the urban area, there are quite a number of residents here!!
明愛小塘營附近的海邊, 水清沙幼, 環境不錯.
Now we were @ the beach near Caritas Siu Tong Campsite, the scene is quite nice.
荔枝莊的一大片濕地, 空無一人, 大家可隨意玩樂
A very large piece of wetland @ Lai Chi Chong. Nobody was around this afternoon, we had great fun here for a while.
荔枝莊碼頭, 有渡輪可回馬料水或黃石碼頭, 不過由於班次不多, 要留意船期 (船期表在碼頭的欄杆上).
Now we were @ Lai Chi Chong pier, there are ferries available for Ma Liu Shui pier or Wong Shek pier. But as the ferries are not coming too often, please check the time-table which is attached to the handrail of the pier.
終點~~ 荔枝莊地質公園!!! 離開前, 來一個地質步行!!!
Our destination~~ Lai Chi Chong Geopark!!! Have a Geo-tour first before we leave!!!

海邊撿了大片珊瑚, 拍照後已放回海裡..... 在地質公園撿走石頭或海洋生物都是犯法的....
We got a big piece of coral @ the seaside....!!! As it is ILLEGAL to take away any rocks or marine life from Geoparks or Marine Parks, we put it back to the sea after taking these photos.
非常生猛的墨魚.
