今早天陰又大風, 正好來個登山之行!! 趕不及往蒲台島, 便乘 970X (970) 巴士在薄扶林水塘道下車.
沿薄扶林水塘道上山, 途中是賽馬會的騎術學校, 有學生正在上課. 小小的馬兒很可愛, 不過看來牠不大想給人騎著....

A windy and cloudy day~ perfect for hiking!! As we couldn't catch up with the ferry for Po Toi Island,
we took a bus (no.970X / 970) from Mong Kok and got down @ Pokfulam Reservoir Road.
Then we walked along Pokfulam Reservoir Road and there we saw a riding school from HK Jockey Club.
Students were having their riding class this morning, the horses are lovely but they seemed not so willing to be like this....
the child and the "riding kit" are a bit heavy for these little horses...
薄扶林水塘及薄扶林郊野公園的入口, 但水塘範圍是不能進入, 只能遠觀.

Entrances for Pokfulam Reservoir and Pokfulam Country Park. Entering the reservoir area is restricted, we can just have a look far away.
是日行程: 先沿水塘上一小段斜坡看水塘風景, 再回郊野公園入口經配水庫方向上行至西高山.

Our walk for today: first we walked along Pokfulam Reservoir Road, to have a look @ the scenes of the reservoir.
And then we went back to the entrance, walked uphill via another route, which is the way for the water service reservoir,
and from there, keep on walking uphill to High West peak.

返回郊野公園入口, 這裡才是上西高山的路!!!!

沿西高山走, 往盧吉道方向, 可上行至山頂纜車站. 山上看到建築物像 LEGO 般細小.

Walking along the footpath of High West Peak, move to the way for Lugard Road, and finally you can reach the Peak Tram Station.
From the hillside, the buildings on the ground look like "LEGO buildings", so small and cute!!
仍有3.75公里上山之路.... 繼續努力, 前進前進前進前進前進!!!

終於到了西高山的休憩處, 內有觀景台, 戰時的機槍堡, 迷你茶園及休憩設施.

Finally we had come to the Rest Area of High West Peak~ there are View Point, Pillbox built @ World War II, a mini Camellia Garden and benches everywhere.
西高山上望中環~ 亦可看見南丫島!!!!

Moving to the way for the Peak!! Finally we entered Harlech Road.
變種 DNA 之 "四腳地拖"~~ 牠突然一彈一彈的跳著現身, 令大家忍不住大笑!!! 太可愛了!!!

See this amazing GMO 4-legged mop~~ it suddenly "popped out" and jumped in front of us!! So so so so so lovely!!!!!!!!
終於到了山頂纜車站.
