Kau Ling Chung Campsite (ENG)
































今早於東涌乘11號巴士, 於沙咀站下車. 在宏貝路的大嶼山郊野公園出發, 向分流方向前進. 因時間有限, 今天的目的地是狗嶺涌營地, 不會去分流.

We took bus no.11 from Tung Chung this morning and stopped @ Sha Tsui stop. Started from Wang Pui Road Entrance of Lantau Country Park, we moved to the way for Fan Lau.
As time is limited, our destination today was Kau Ling Chung Campsite, the MOST beautiful camp site of HK.
















向分流方向前行, 然後進入大浪灣引水道.

先下山去大浪灣營地, 浪果然非常大!! 這裡又名白角, 後面是大浪灣村, 但不能從營地通過.

We had a visit @ Tai Long Wan Campsite first. Very strong waves @ the beach.
This place is also called "Pak Kok" (=White Corner), and Tai Long Wan village is at the back of the sea cape.
But there isn't any footpath to reach the village from here.

離開大浪灣營地, 往狗嶺涌營地去!!

Now we were leaving and the next stop would be Kau Ling Chung Campsite.


















走到羗山郊遊徑的入口, 要走8.2公里才能到大澳!!! 花老B 給嚇昏了....

We had reached the entrance of Keung Shan Country Trail, 8.2km ahead for Tai O!!!!! Woooow!!
Tachibana san was shocked by the direction sign.... luckily it was NOT part of our trail for today.























從石壁起步至此, 大家已走了5.5公里, 終於到了L076 的標柱, 亦是狗嶺涌營地的入口!!! 今天行程至此, 因為已經是下午12:30, 沒有足夠的時間到分流遊玩. 所以大家在入口旁稍作休息, 然後再下去營地.

狗嶺涌營地是全港的營地之中, 風景最美麗的一個, 不過位置甚偏遠, 所以甚少人來此露營, 亦因此這裡的自然景緻甚為優美.

We had walked for 5.5km from Shek Pik and now we were @ Distance Post "L076", which is also the entrance of Kau Ling Chung Campsite.

It was already 12:30 and we didn't have enough time for Fan Lau, so we had a little bit rest here before moving down to Kau Ling Chung Campsite.

Kau Ling Chung Campsite is the MOST beautiful campsite in HK, famous for its attractive nature scenes. And because it is quite far away to reach, not so many people come here for camping.


















往嶼南界石的小路就在懸崖旁, 非常狹窄, 而且滿是沙石, 加上今早風勢極大, 一步一驚心.

The path for the obelisk (Boundary Stone for South Lantau) is built along the cliff, it's also very narrow and slippery.
The wind was so strong this morning, we all walked with great great great care.
















上山頂的觀景台, 可見到索罟群島(大小鴉洲)

Moving upwards for the View Compass @ the hilltop. We could see Soko Islands from here.
















看見標柱, 已到了山頂的觀景台.

Now we were @ the top of the hill!! See the geometrical pole!!!



























山頂的觀景台下望, 可看到2公里外的分流東灣.

We could see East Fan Lau Bay from the View Compass @ the hilltop, which is 2 km away from Kau Ling Chung.





















分流後面可看到澳門.

We can even see Macau, which is near Fan Lau!!!


















下山至狗嶺涌的營地, 入口處有一片沼澤.

海邊長滿了樹, 露營設備齊全.

營地後有一個湖, 小橋流水, 景致迷人.

營內有溪澗及天然水源.

在叢林中玩捉迷藏!!! 無意間發現迷你亞馬遜河!!! :P

We were playing hide-and-seek @ the bushes, then we found miniature Amazon river at the back of the trees!!
















是時候回石壁!! 林內有不少松果.

Time for going back to Shek Pik!!! Many pine fruit @ the woods.









零食時間~~ 美味乾菇片, 大家在15分鐘內已吃光.

Snacks for super hungry hikers~~ Dried mushroom flakes, we "killed" them all in 15 mins.











回程時天色已暗, 路上空無一人.

Already turned dark as we were walking back to Shek Pik, we did not see anybody on the road.
