Great fun with wild cooking @ Chuen Lung mini paradise

是日午餐 -- 芝士番茄濃湯雜菜燴飯
用了最普通的番茄濃湯包, 平日飲用味道麻麻, 但用來造燴飯, 加入不同蔬菜之後, 味道真的不錯.
記得加上芝士粉.
Lunch of the day ~~ Cheesy rice with assorted veggies in tomato thick soup.
The tomato soup pack is available in most supermarkets, a very common brand.
The taste is a bit plain but if it's added into rice and with cheese powder, it turns out to be quite a surprise.
南瓜, 椰菜及已浸好的白米, 最重要有芝士粉.
Cut pumpkin, cabbages and rice already soaked in water for 1 hour (ALL are prepared @ home)
米放入蕃茄漡, 再加入菜.
蓋好便可以用營火煮熱, 十分鐘左右, 煮至噴煙便可以了..
Cover the mess-tin with the lid and just boil it with camp fire for around 10 minutes / when steam comes out..... So simple, Hahaha.

今日用固體燃料粒, 用兩粒火力猛一點.
今天沒有帶迷你焚火台, 用焚火台以柴火煮飯, 有飯焦會更香.
We used solid fuel tablets today. (2 tablets are much better)
It is much better if you use a fire pit (I didn't bring my handheld mini firepit this time) and firewood to cook rice.
把杯放在mess tin 上面, 煮點水可以沖茶.
燴飯煮好了, 加上芝士粉, 美味的午餐.
The rice is ready.
坐在帳篷內看書及吃午飯.
飯後煮一杯即食花生糊.
日落之前, 享受大自然.
