今天我們在彩虹地鐵站 C2 出口集合, 因為 1A 小巴班次很頻密, 會比巴士快, 所以大家便乘 1A 小巴到西貢碼頭了. 小巴站就在彩虹地鐵站 C2 出口外面, 5-10分鐘開出一次.

Today we did not take a bus for Sai Kung Pier, but switched to a Faster way~ Minibus no. 1A, which comes once every 5-10 minutes! Just walk out from Exit C2 of Choi Hung MTR station, the minibus terminus for no.1A is next to it.
西貢碼頭旁有鹽田梓(鹽田仔)街渡售票處, 我們在09:57 到達, 剛好趕上10:00 開出的船.

The ticket kiosk for Yim Tin Tsai is just @ Sai Kung New Pier. We arrived at 09:57 and just on time for the 10am departure.
來到鹽田梓, 老天即送來一份見面禮:~ 狂風暴雨!!! 大家即四散奔逃.

Well done, Dragon King! When we just got off from the ferry for Yim Tin Tsai Village, Dragon King welcomed us with a big gift~ Thunderstorm!!! We all ran to a pavilion nearby..... Buddha, when will the rain stop? :P
鹽田仔的景點~~ 建於1890年的天主教堂 (聖若瑟堂), 非常莊嚴美麗. 另有七彩的茶棵及村內的康樂會, 提供水上活動.

Scenic spots of Yim Tin Tsai Village~~ A beautiful Catholic Church (St. Joseph's Church) which was built in 1890. There are also colourful Hakka snacks (rice puddings) and a recreational club which provides watersports facilities.
雖然雨勢仍大, 但大家仍向教堂進發.

本來打算到山頂的觀景台, 但突然又來了暴雨, 結果沒有上山.

We wanted to go up for the pavilion @ the hilltop. But suddenly the rain became very heavy, so we just returned from here.

全日精華~~ 鹽田梓的鹽田! 昔日此地盛產海鹽, 但1920年已停產. 大片美麗的紅樹林成了觀光景點, 水中有很多蟹 (不是作食用的).

The "Essence" of Yim Tin Tsai~~ See the salt farm here!!! Villagers in the past made money from salt farming, but no more "production" from 1920s.... Big pieces of mangrove now have become scenic spots for tourists, with lots of lovely crabs in the water (they are NOT food!!!)
太陽終於出籠, 在海邊吹吹風.

Finally we could see some sunshine!!!! Just stayed @ the seaside to enjoy the sea breeze.
終於到了12:10, 在碼頭等候12:20 回西貢的街渡.

Now 12:10, we gathered @ the pier to wait for the ferry which should come at 12:20 for Sai Kung.
500% 的怒火由此刻燃起~~~ 12:00 從西貢來此的街渡, 來到鹽田梓後是12:15, 但女船伕居然在西貢來的遊客離開後, 不讓我們上船, 說她要到另一個島去!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 豈有此理!!!! 時間表上列明12:20 有船回西貢, 怎麼可以完全不守信用!! 這是什麼服務??!????!??!?? 要我們5-6人一直留在島上, 又不知她什麼時候再來??!?!?

500% anger "lit up" from this moment~~~ This boat carried tourists from Sai Kung at 12pm, and arrived Yim Tin Tsai at 12:15. Then when all the passengers left the boat, the woman did NOT allow us for boarding!!! She simply told us to stay @ the pier and wait for her, because she was going to another island!!!!!!!!!!!! And she did NOT tell us when she would come back, just left us behind and left!!!! From the official time-table, it is clearly stated that there is a ferry for Sai Kung from Yim Tin Tsai at 12:20!!! This is 500% NOT acceptable!!
即打電話到船公司投訴, 之後獲安排街渡在13:15 回來接我們到西貢. 結果只好在碼頭等待一小時.

We phoned the hotline and complaint to the ferry company, and then they promised us to send the ferry back at 13:15. We waited @ the pier for one hour.
13:15, 終於可以回西貢, 我相信這是第一次, 亦是最後一次來鹽田仔. (除非光顧另一家街渡公司, 但去鹽田梓好像只此一家)

We left Yim Tin Tsai @ 13:15. I think this is the first time, and also the LAST time I come to this place, UNLESS I can get a ferry from other providers (but seems that this service provider has monopolized the route from Sai Kung to Yim Tin Tsai.)
