今天行程相當特別~~ 我們將會一探已封閉了61年(1951年開始), 而於2012年2月15日解禁的沙頭角禁區!!
有六條村落已向外開放, 不過, 沙頭角村卻仍然在禁區範圍內, 參觀很具歷史價值的中英街, 以及進入沙頭角碼頭,
仍是未有開放日期!!! 太失望了. 由於下雨又極潮濕, 我們今天只在外圍拍照, 沒有進入村中及上山, 要待天色轉好再作深度之行.
A special trip today~~ We visited the former restricted area @ the boundary of HK and Shenzhen~~~ Sha Tau Kok!! She was closed for 61 years (from 1951) and NOT opened for those without a valid entry permit.
But now she is opened to public from 15 Feb 2012!!
Six villages have been taken away from "restricted list", but the CORE, that is Sha Tau Kok Market, is still NOT opened yet!!
So you still need an entry permit if you are going to Chung Ying Street and Sha Tau Kok Pier.
As it was very humid, misty and rainy today, we didn't go into the villages for photos, and we didn't walk to the hillside as the roads were very slippery.
We sticked to the main traffic road for a walk, we will come here again when the weather is fine.
如何去沙頭角?? 有兩個方法. 不過, 先去上水火車站, 在A4 上水廣場出口起步.

How to reach Sha Tau Kok?? There are 2 ways, but first start from Exit A4 of Sheung Shui Railway Station, walk to Landmark North.
如果乘小巴~ 在上水廣場下面的小巴總站出發, 乘坐55K 綠色小巴, 在担水坑下車.
担水坑是沒有許可證者的下車站, 之後便會停在仍是禁區的沙頭角村總站, 沒有許可證, 警察叔叔便會送你回去担水坑, 而且有可能要付罰款.

For minibus~~ Go to the minibus terminus which is just below Landmark North,
take minibus no.55K and DON'T FORGET to get down @ Tam Shui Hang if you havn't got a valid entry permit!!!
Otherwise, the minibus will keep going and stop @ Sha Tau Kok Market terminus, which is still a CLOSED area, if you cannot show the police a valid entry permit, you will be fined.
如果乘巴士的, 可於上水廣場內, 乘扶手電梯(在地面那一層的女廁附近) 下去巴士總站, 乘坐78K 巴士.
巴士站有通告, 提示沒有禁區紙的乘客要在担水坑下車.
(在粉嶺火車站外亦可乘坐78K 巴士)

If you prefer going by bus, please go into Landmark North Shopping mall, then go down to the bus terminus by an escalator which is near the female washroom.
Take bus no.78K and get down @ Tam Shui Hang bus-stop, if you don't have an entry permit.
終於到了担水坑, 村外非常熱鬧, 不過開始下雨!!!!! 其實內裡有很多有趣的景點, 但天色很暗又下雨, 所以要下次再來才拍照.

Now we were @ Tam Shui Hang village!!! So many people came here today, but it started to rain!!!!
Actually there are quite a number of interesting spots for sight-seeing, but we have to wait for the next time when the weather is fine, so we didn't take any photos for that.
眼前便是沙頭角口岸, 再前行便是禁區了!!

Now we were just a step ahead for Sha Tau Kok Control Point, which is a restricted area. NO ENTRY from here unless you have a permit.
這裡有直通深圳的沙頭角快線, 不過不會停在需要出示禁區紙的中英街. 如果想從這裡往深圳, 可在售票亭買車票, 及自備回鄉咭.

Oh, there's a ticket box here!! Yeah, you can go to Shenzhen from here by Sha Tau Kok Express!!!
Buy a ticket here and you can go to Shenzhen directly by bus (of course, with a "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents" or a passport), but remember that, Sha Tau Kok Express will NOT stop @ Chung Ying Street.

從沙頭角公路出發, 步回舊關卡, 第一站是木棉頭.

Then we started from Sha Tau Kok Road (Shek Chung Au), and walked back to the former Checkpoint.
The first stop is Muk Min Tau village.
新村一帶, 仍有很多古老村屋, 以及墳地, 一片綠油油, 風景不錯呢.

Then we stopped @ San Tsuen village~ with lots of old village houses and graveyard, GREEN everywhere!!!

塘肚山村內, 有一個大農場!! 不過暫時只接待28人以上的旅行團, 個人開放要稍等了. 由於荒廢了的粉沙鐵路在農場範圍內, 所以不能入內拍照, 任務失敗了.....
不過我們仍拍到粉沙鐵路的石涌凹段, 給複製成為新的車站展覽館, 在農場範圍內.

Our mission for photo-shooting @ idled Fanling--Sha Tau Kok Railway failed!! Oh!!
It is because the railway is inside Sha Tau Kok Farm, which is a private land @ Tong To Shan Village.
Sha Tau Kok Farm now is a place open for visit, but now still limited to local tours (or at least with 28 visitors).
They will open to individual visitors later.

But we still had taken a photo for the Replicated Shek Chung Au Railway station (with Fanling--Sha Tau Kok Railway here!! now a little museum) which is inside the farm.
行行重行行, 終於步回舊的沙頭角邊境管制站!!! 2012年2月15日之前, 這裡仍是邊境禁區, 車輛出入要在此接受檢查.
而這裡亦有食物檢查站, 以防走私活動.

Now we were @ the former Sha Tau Kok Control Point!!!
Before 15 Feb 2012, this place was still under the restricted area list, any cars or people coming here without a valid entry permit will be REJECTED to go further.
There is a food inspection point here (Shek Chung Au Food Inspection Point) for the prevention of smugglers' activities.

Now going back to Sheung Shui.... Here is Luen Wo Vegetable market, a place for the farmers to sell their agricultural products in the old old past, now already closed.
