啟德體育園紅白格子小屋.

颱風及暴雨不斷.

Typhoon & thunderstorm came together.

黃埔站C2 出發.

Starts from exit C2, Whampoa Station.

在黃埔有很多超市及餐廳, 可以作為補給.

There are lots of supermarkets and restaurants in Whampoa, you can buy food & drinks and even have a meal first before the harbourfront walk.

紅磡都市公園

Hung Hom Urban Park, next to the ferry pier.

由於颱風關係, 天空灰濛濛, 而且非常悶熱.

Because of the coming typhoon, the sky is hazy, and very hot and humid this afternoon.

大環山泳池附近.

Now we are outside Tai Wan Shan swimming pool.

古怪的海上建築物, 地圖上也沒有名字, 可能是Umbrella Corporation (Resident Evil) / Massive Dynamic (Fringe) 的分店.

海逸豪園海濱徑

Walk along Laguna Verde Promenade.

猶太廟??? 其實是海逸豪園商場.

A synagogue?? Actually it is The Laguna Mall.

Developed by Cheung Kong Holdings and the mall is now owned by CLP (HK), Kadoorie Family.

海逸豪園海濱徑已完結, 要再繼續海邊遊, 先穿過商場, 再去鶴翔街及海心公園.

商場內有超市及食店, 可以休息及補給.

End of Laguna Verde Promenade, you have to go through Laguna Mall for Hok Cheung Street in order to continue your habourfront walk from Hoi Sham Park.

There are supermarket, convenience store and fast food shops / cafe inside the mall.

The right time to have a short break here.

Snacks and cold drinks are very important during summer walk.

Typhoon signal no.3 was hoisted this afternoon and later tonight it is UP to signal no.8.

And finally, signal no.9 was hoisted on Sunday morning before 1:00 am.

海心公園入口在旁, 繼續海濱遊.

Entrance of Hoi Sham Park is next to it, just enter the park and continue our harbourfront walk.

到了海心公園, 天氣好了, 空氣也清新了.

The sky is clear and fine when we are inside Hoi Sham Park.

海心公圜魚尾石.

海心公圜昔日是海心島 (https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E6%B5%B7%E5%BF%83%E5%B3%B6), 上面有海心廟, 已搬了去近土瓜灣街市附近, 魚尾石就留下.

Hoi Sham Park used to be a small outlying island, known as "Hoi Sham Island", with Hoi Sham Temple and Fish Tail Rock on the island.

The temple is moved to another temple near To Kwa Wan Food Market and the Fish Tail Rock is still here in front of you.

小學時代住在附近, 因為機場就在附近, 常常害怕若有飛機跌落煤氣鼓上的時候, 會否炸了整個土瓜灣......

I lived in an old low-rise building in To Kwa Wan, just near these big monsters when I was in primary school, the airport was just next to these big tanks, and I was very worried that if there is any plane crashing onto these big tanks, these big monsters might blow the whole district into ash......

這裡曾經是啟德機場跑道的一部份, 郵輪碼頭是在跑道上.

This place was part of the Kai Tak Runway.

Kai Tak Cruise Terminal is situated on the runway, quite far away from the sports park.

昔日這裡是機場跑道, 紅白格仔屋是提示飛機升降用的.

Kai Tak Sports Park is located @ the former Kai Tak Airport Runway, these red and white checkerboard tower and flags still exist today, they were used to warn / as a signage for pilots during take-off / landing on Kai Tak Airport Runway.
