是日午飯 ~~ 海帶雜菜湯飯

A simple lunch -- assorted vegetables with rice in seaweed soup.

雜菜 -- 有南瓜, 椰菜仔, 茄子及菇菇
Assorted vegetables -- pumpkins, brussels sprouts, eggplant & mushrooms.

Rice.

加少許椒鹽便可以煮.

Add some Pepper salt. Then bring to boil.

煮好了.

Ready to serve!
