Short walk @ Tung Mui Ancient Path (Traffic Road)


(東涌MTR D 出口→富東街→香港奧運徑入口→引水道→向翔東路方向及白芒進發→翔東路→白芒→大蠔灣→白望學校→回白芒村入口隧道→海濱長廊向東涌方向→迎東邨→迎禧路→百慕達公園→藍天海岸→東涌站)

(Exit D of Tung Chung MTR station→Fu Tung Street→Entrance of HK Olympic Trail→Catchwater→The direction for Cheung Tung Road & Pak Mong Village→Go down to Cheung Tung Road→Pak Mong Village→Tai Ho Bay→Pak Mong 3 Villages School→Back to the subway @ Pak Mong Village Entrance→Seaside Promenade via the subway→Direction for Tung Chung→Ying Tung Estate→Ying Hei Road→Lost in Bermuda Park for 30 minutes→Coastal Skyline [residential estate]→Tung Chung MTR station)

這裡是上婆髻山的路, 亦可走到東梅古道的舊路段.
今天太熱, 我們選了走下路, 是通往翔東路的.
You can either go upstairs for Por Kai Shan Peak, or continue for the old mountain trail of Tung Mui Ancient Path.
As it was very hot this morning, we chose to go straight down to Cheung Tung Road.




翔東路 Cheung Tung Road.


若走去東梅古道的舊路段, 會經過大量水澗.
If you go via Tung Mui Ancient Path (mountain trail), you can cross many streams.




奧運林 Olympic Green.




大蠔灣 Tai Ho Bay.












白芒村試劍石.
Sword-testing rock @ Pak Mong Village.


白望學校 Pak Mong 3 Villages School.




回白芒村入口隧道, 穿過北大嶼山公路往海濱長廊.

Cross North Lantau Highway from here for the seaside promenade.

向東涌迎東邨方向走.

前蝦螺灣海旁 (已填海了), 這裡風極猛烈, 恍如颱風迎面而來, 即使今日 33°C, 但我們在此冷得發抖.
We sat @ the seaside near former Ha Law Wan (Shrimps & sea-snails Bay, now a piece of reclamation land for HK International Airport fuel storage.)
Very strong sea breeze, as strong as a typhoon coming towards us.



蝦螺灣已長眠在燃料庫下.
Ha Law Wan (Shrimps & sea-snails Bay) is now RIP under the fuel storage area.







遠看東涌灣.

Go inside the woods via the catchwater.

Walk along the wall (staircases) of Castle Peak Road until you see a catchwater tunnel blocking your way.
Climb down from the rock to the seaside.
