新娘潭不是都市傳說，是真的存在。
這個位於烏蛟騰山上的水潭，才是昔日新娘溺斃的地方，燒烤場的只是水潭的下游，由於附近是崖壁，比較危險，所以政府沒有把此地開放作郊遊點

This pool is at the hillside near Wu Kau Tang, rather than Bride's Pool BBQ site.
As there are cliffs near this Pool, the government didn't open this place as a hiking spot, not many people know about this area.
