(大圍火車站 F 出口 [在往紅磡月台上]→田心村方向→紅梅谷道→世界花園→過馬路至往市區方向的巴士站旁→再過馬路→獅子山郊野公園入口→紅梅谷燒烤場→上山往獅子山方向→香港回歸紀念亭→沙田坳方向→獅子山頂→獅子尾巴位置 [高度牌]→原路下山→續走沙田坳方向→沙田坳邨→沙田坳道→法藏寺→小巴站)

(Exit F of Tai Wai Railway station [@ the flat-form for Hung Hom]→The way for Tin Sum Village→Hung Mui Kuk Road→Worldwide Gardens→Cross the road for the bus-stop [ buses going to  the urban area]→Cross the road again→Entrance of Lion Rock Country Park→Hung Mui Kuk BBQ site→Going uphill [ the direction for Lion Rock]→Pavilion near Kowloon Pass→The way for Shatin Pass→The top of Lion Rock→Lion Tail [@ the signage board showing the height of Lion Rock]→Downhill from the same route→continue the walk to Shatin Pass→Shatin Pass Estate→Shatin Pass Road→Fat Chong Temple→Minibus terminus)
