(東涌巴士總站 11 / 3M 巴士→伯公坳下車→步回東涌方向→舊東涌道入口→地塘仔郊遊徑→石門甲→羅漢寺午飯→34號巴士回東涌)
(Bus no. 11 / 3M near Tung Chung MTR station→Get off @ Pak Kung Au→Walk to the direction for Tung Chung→Entrance of Old Tung Chung Road→Tei Tong Tsai Country Trail→Shek Mun Kap→Lunch @ Lo Han Monastery→Bus no. 34 and back to Tung Chung)

由東涌乘 11 / 3M 號巴士, 伯公坳下車. 步向對面(鳳凰山入口那一邊), 再向東涌方向步去. 見到有一欄柵, 即是舊東涌道入口,
由此進入, 再走小段車路, 便可見到"地塘仔郊遊徑" 的入口. 今天目的地是地塘仔, 3.5公里.

Take a bus no.11 / 3M from Tung Chung Bus Terminus (Near MTR station). Get off @ Pak Kung Au, then walk to the opposite side (The way for the entrance of Lantau Peak).
Then walk down the traffic road for the way to Tung Chung, until you can see some sort of barriers, that's the entrance of Old Tung Chung Road.
Walk along Old Tung Chung Road and then you can find the entrance of "Tei Tong Tsai Country Trail".
Our target today is "Shek Mun Kap", 3.5km from here.

Hahaha!! The maple leaves still GREEN!!! But the leaves of this unknown tree have turned RED already!!
地塘仔郊遊徑全是森林和溪澗, 內裡很陰暗, 但甚有大自然氣氛.

There are all forests, rivers and streams inside Tei Tong Tsai Country Trail!!
It's a litte bit dark along the trail, but the nature "feel" is so wonderful.
行山交义點~~ 靠左繼續上山便可, 右邊到那裡??? 不知道, 大家可一試.... :D

Which way to go?? Stick to the left and go uphill!! Not sure where the path @ the right-hand side is leading to,
you can try if you have enough time.
上山頂的路很多沙石, 小心慢走. 山頂上開滿了花, 風景優美!!! 只可惜今早有點霧, 很暗.

The sandy path to the hill-top is quite bumpy and full of scattered stones, be careful.
Flowers blooming @ the top of the hill!!! What an amazing scene!! A pity was, a little bit misty and dark this morning.
下山了!! 有很多斜坡.

Going downhill now!! Mostly are slopes, quite steep.
在山上看到地塘仔那邊的寺院!!!! 快到地塘仔的路段了. 這裡的寺院仍是古式古香, 我們彷如置身武林世界,
上山拜師習武!!

We could see those old style monasteries @ the hillside!! Now we were near Tei Tong Tsai.
The old monasteries made us feel like back to the old days~~~
we were looking for a "Kung Fu Master" living in the mountains for more advanced Kung Fu skills.
But it's NOT Shaolin Temple!!!
穿林後到達地塘仔. 這裡全是石屎路段, 中途再訪曾有多人淹死的"鬼潭"!!!

Now we had reached Tei Tong Tsai. From here, the path became very walker-friendly.
We also had a look @ the "Haunted pool" and stream, a number of drowned cases here before,
there are rumours about "Drowned souls" pulling people to the water, @ this beautiful pool.
詭異涼亭~~ 傳聞內裡的佛像是用來安撫鬼潭內的水鬼!! 真是信不信由你.

Strange rain shelter~~ Rumours about the Buddha pictures inside this shelter,
are used for "calming down" the anger and sadness of the drowned souls from the "Haunted Pool" nearby!!
Believe it or not???
路的盡頭是羅漢寺了, 今天在此午飯.

The end of the path is Lo Han Monastery, we had our lunch here today.
羅漢寺的齋菜, 全大嶼山最好!!! 沒有素肉, 全是蔬菜, 但美味非凡!!!

The veg. food @ Lo Han Monastery is the BEST I've tried in Lantau!!
NO mock meat, all are vegetables!! Extremely delicious!!
