畢架遊走沙田坳
Great walk on a Sunny day -- From Beacon Hill to Shatin Pass

(豐力樓巴士站→畢架山山頂→沙田坳方向→九龍坳回歸紀念亭→獅子山→雞胸山→沙田坳道→士多小休→慈雲山→小巴往鑽石山地鐵站)
(Phoenix House bus-stop→The top of Beacon Hill→The way for Shatin Pass→Brown pavilion near Kowloon Pass→Lion Rock→Unicorn Ridge→Shatin Pass Road→Food stall for snacks→Tsz Wan Shan→Minibus for Diamond Hill MTR station)

今日天朗氣清, 我們又再登畢架山!!! 先在豐力樓巴士站集合起步, 再經龍欣道上山.
Sunny and dry today and again we went for a walk to Beacon Hill. We gathered @ Phoenix House bus-stop and walked to the top of Beacon Hill via Lung Yan Road.

畢架山山頂上的天文台氣象站及民航處設施, 發出強烈輻射, 今天我們特地上山吸取, 相信很快會變成超級撤雅人.
There are radioactive facilities from HK Observatory and Civil Aviation Department at the top of Beacon Hill. We were here to absorb lots of it and later we may become very powerful super-humans. :D

往沙田坳方向走, 在觀景台稍作停留.
We kept on walking to Shatin Pass, now had a rest @ Becon Hill Viewing Point.

獅子山在望!!!
We were near Lion Rock!!!

到了九龍坳的涼亭, 再繼續前往沙田坳的行程.
We were @ the pavilion of Kowloon Pass, we then continued our walk for Shatin Pass.

有小路往沙田坳邨, 不過由於想吃豆腐花, 大家去了沙田坳那一邊.
A short-cut for Shatin Pass Estate on the road. But we kept on walking for Shatin Pass as we wanted to have some tofu pudding later.

到了獅子山郊野公園, 已在沙田坳.
Now we were in front of Lion Rock Country Park, just next to Shatin Pass Road.

下山去慈雲山乘小巴離開....
Now it is the time to take a minibus @ Tsz Wan Shan......

趁著農曆新年快來, 今天一班山友到大嶼山的佛教叢林團年. 先乘往昂平的巴士, 在總站之前一個站 (山海亭站 / 延慶寺站) 下車. 向深屈方向走, 先在山海亭拍拍照.
Before the coming of Chinese New Year (CNY), we had a vegetarian gathering @ the Buddhist area of Lantau. We took a bus for Ngong Ping (Big Buddha) and got off @ Shan Hoi Ting (Yin Hing Temple) bus-stop, which is the previous bus-stop from the Ngong Ping bus terminus.

樂生蓮社的骨灰塔.

延慶寺
A pink monastery -- Yin Hing Temple.

歷史悠久的鹿湖精舍.
Luk Wu Temple, the oldest Buddhist monastery in Luk Wu (Deer Lake), over 100 years old.

早已荒廢了的佛泉寺.
Fat Chuen Temple, an old abandoned temple.

延慶寺後面的 "觀自在林", 有很多七彩觀音菩薩像.
Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva Forest at the back of Yin Hing Temple (near Luk Wu Temple), with lots of colourful statues of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva.

又一間荒廢古寺 -- 智積林.
Another old abandoned temple in the forest -- Chi Chik Lam (Temple of Wisdom)

覺修寺國際禪院, 旁有山路往大澳靈隱寺.
International Zen Centre Gak Su Temple -- A famous place for retreats and meditation, with a forest track down to Ling Yan Temple in Tai O.
