來到昔日鋼綫灣村遺址的海邊, 今日此地叫沙灣, 但不見沙, 是一片石灘.

在石灘上, 準備好今日無火煮食挑戰的材料 ~~ 蛋糕粉, 水, 抹茶粉.

今日在海邊蒸蛋糕!! 蛋糕粉及抹茶粉, 都可以在 12蚊店找到.

We are @ the seaside of former Telegraph Bay Village (disappeared due to the construction of Cyberport).

Although it's called Sandy Bay, this part is a big rocky beach, with the ruins of Telegraph Bay Village.

We have prepared all the stuff we need for the flameless cooking challenge this morning.

Today we are going to steam a cake with self-heating pack.

Let's have a look @ the stuff we brought ~~ sweetened instant cake mix powder, water & matcha powder.

You can get all these stuff from Daiso $12 dollar shop.

Donny 今天會為我們示範海邊蒸蛋糕.

Donny is going to steam a cake for us this morning.

蛋糕粉, 已經有甜味.

Sweetened instant cake mix powder.

抹茶粉及少許可可粉 

Matcha powder & a little bit cocoa powder (luckily still before expiry date).

Donny is showing us how to mix everything in the mess tin.

攪拌之後, 可以放入自熱包蒸蛋糕.

Now it's the time to put a self-heating pack and start to steam a cake.

食物準備好, 有飯, 蔬菜及腐皮卷, 今日是㷛弼.

We're going to make congee this morning.

營地後面有溪澗, 可以走到大灘海.

There are some streams & rocks @ Tai Tan Campsite, just walk down to Tai Tan (sea).

Congee is ready.

A little bit of pepper salt can make congee much more yummy.

又是不能缺少的花生糊.

早上到達營地, 迷霧一片, 仙氣飄飄到處白濛濛.

Very misty when we arrived the campsite in the morning.

大蒜味蜜糖爆谷.

Garlic & honey popcorn, super yummy!

仙氣越發強勁, 霧更濃了.

Much more misty as we were setting up our tent.

迷霧中紮好了營.

Finished setting up our tarp shelter.

準備就緒, 糖水時間到了, 今天有花生糊.

Time for dessert!!! We have peanut paste sweet soup today.

營地附近有山澗, 可以取水煮食.

There are some streams near the campsite, you can get water for cooking.
