(西鐵朗屏站 B2 出口→ 屏昌徑 K66 巴士站 [大棠方向] →南坑排站下車→南坑排古道→沿黃色扶手前進→左邊村路→涼亭→右方斜路上山→大棠自然教育徑→元荃古道→大欖涌水塘方向→元荃古道猛鬼廟→神秘山徑往白虎荒坵→再訪白虎谷→回元荃古道→大欖林道→楓香林→大棠山路巴士站)

(Exit B2 of Long Ping MTR station [West Rail]→ Ping Cheong Path bus-stop for MTR bus no. K66 [Tai Tong direction] →Nam Hang Pai bus-stop→Nam Hang Pai Village→Nam Hang Pai Ancient Trail→Stick to the yellow handrail→Village road @ the left→Sun shelter→Go straight and then go uphill via the footpath @ the right-hand side→Tai Tong Nature Trail→Yuen Tsuen Ancient Trail→Tai Lam Chung Reservoir direction→Haunted temple→secret muddy trail for White Tiger Valley→White Tiger Valley→Back to Yuen Tsuen Ancient Trail→Tai Lam Forest Track→Tai Tong Sweet Gum Woods→Tai Tong Shan Road bus-stop)
