Visit to the most "Haunted" place of NE New Territories -- So Lo Pun

(粉嶺火車站→小巴 56K→鹿頸村總站→雞谷樹下→鳳坑村→谷埔村→谷埔碼頭→碼頭旁沿海山徑→荔枝窩方向→榕樹凹村→荔枝窩方向→榕樹凹村屋盡頭→河塘→過塘→河塘後山路→上山→鎖羅盤村→鎖羅盤海邊→原路回谷埔碼頭→鹿頸村)

Tips:

1) Start as early as possible, it takes more than 3 hours' walk for So Lo Pun from Luk Keng minibus terminus.
As minibus no. 56K comes every 15-30 minutes (even on Saturdays / Sundays), you may have to queue up for one over 30 minutes. Start earlier.

2) Walk via the official trail. (The one starts from Kuk Po Pier @ Kuk Po Village, along the seaside, the way for Lai Chi Wo)

3)  Better NOT to attempt during summer, the trail is quite long and NO shelters along the way.

1) 盡早出發, 因為由鹿頸小巴總站起步, 需要步行 3小時以上才能抵達鎖羅盤. 而且小巴班次不密, 可能需要候車 15-30 分鐘.

2) 盡量經政府開闢的行山徑前往 (谷埔碼頭旁, 往荔枝窩方向的沿海山路)

3) 全程無遮掩, 避免在炎熱天氣前往, 提防中暑.

There is a hiking trail at the back of Kuk Po Pier (just next to this signage), go for So Lo Pun from here.
