(大圍火車站 G 出口→積運街→寶褔紀念館方向→下城門道→樓梯直上下城門水塘主壩→水塘大碗往引水道→引水道山路下降下城門水塘→回引水道向城門隧道方向→下往藍橋大溪澗→原路回下城門水塘主壩)

(Exit G of Tai Wai Railway Station→Chik Wan Street→The way for Po Fook Hall→Lower Shing Mun Road→Upstairs for the main dam of Lower Shing Mun Reservoir→Main dam→"Big bowl" of the reservoir→Catchwater→Secret footpath down to Lower Shing Mun Reservoir→Back to the catchwater→The direction for Shing Mun Tunnels→Going down to the big stream near the blue bridge→Back to the main dam of Lower Shing Mun Reservoir)
