今天異常悶熱, 而且還下雨!!! 只能來個短遊.... 到了東涌黃龍坑道, 先在赤立角村的天后廟前停一停:~ 此天后廟是全港惟一全間由麻石建成, 從赤立角島逐件搬來, 來頭不少!!!
Very hot with a few showers today, we just had a short walk @ Tung Chung. When we arrived Wong Lung Hang Road, we stoppped @ Chek Lap Kok Village and had a look @ this famous Tin Hau Temple~~ the ONLY temple in HK built from rocks. It was moved to Tung Chung from Chek Lap Kok Island piece by piece, and then restored to the original look!!

可憐的流浪狗在村中覓食, 瘦得只剩下皮包骨.......
Really very sad when I met this poor skinny dog looking for food near a slope...... there are lots of stray dogs along this area..... :(

今天異常炎熱, 長途步行不宜, 改為到南丫島一遊, 到達碼頭, 原來已經有 31度!!
Very hot today, not a good idea for hiking, so we all went to Lamma Island for a short walk. (31C already!!)

先去南島書蟲 (素食) 一祭五臟廟, 這裡的素薄餅及素寬條麵非常美味!!!
First stop~~ lunch @ Bookworm Cafe (Vegetarian cafe), we had ordered very delicious vegan pizza and lasagna!!

向風力發電站的方向走, 途中有鯉魚旗!!
Moving to the way for Lamma Winds, so many flags (Koinobori for boys in Japan) along the road, specially for Tachibana san!! :P

夏日炎炎, 來一碗有名的阿婆豆腐花!!
You cannot miss this~~ a bowl of chilled sweet bean curd pudding from "Ah Por"!!

來到大灣肚的海邊, 可看見發電廠!
Now we were @ the seaside of Tai Wan To, and we could see HK Electric (electric power plant, those 3 incinerators)!!

土耳其卡巴店也有素漢堡供應了!!
Veggie burgers are available from this Kebab shop!!

回到碼頭已是黃昏, 要趕往中環晚飯, 不能久留了.
Evening scene of the pier~~ we had to go back to Central for dinner, rush rush and rush!!

今早一直狂風暴雨, 直至午後2時才天色較為明朗. 在荃灣午飯後, 經愉景新城到達荃景圍體育館, 再到地面上的巴士總站, 然後接入照潭徑. 沿照潭徑前走, 便是著名的曹公潭!!! 曹公潭曾有多次淹死人的意外, 以鬧鬼聞名. 不過, 信不信由你.
A few thunderstorms this morning until 14:00..... After lunch @ Tsuen Wan, we walked via Discovery Park shopping mall for Tsuen King Circuit Sports Centre. From there we walked downstairs for the bus terminus and then started our walk from Chiu Tam Path. Walking along Chiu Tam Path and you will see Tso Kung Tam Stream, which is well-known (notorious?!) for some fatal accidents in the past and this place is claimed to be "haunted". Believe it or not?!?!?!

這裡便是漕公潭, 景色相當不錯.

繼續沿照潭徑前進, 中途有警告牌!
Keep on walking along Chiu Tam Path and there is a warning sign on the road.

暴雨過後, 曹公潭的水位甚高而且水流亦很急, 不小心可會致命!!!
After the thunderstorm, the water surface became high and the current was rapid. Not a good idea to go down for fun....

今天天氣有點陰晴不定, 只選了短遊!!~ 在馬鞍山地鐵站 A出口起步, 至馬鞍山中心 (鞍超街) 附近, 再從雅典居到對面的馬鞍山海濱長廊及烏溪沙青年村!
The weather was still not stable this morning, so we just could have a short walk!!~ Started from Exit A of Ma On Shan MTR station (Ma On Shan Line via Tai Wai railway station), we walked to On Chiu Street (near Ma On Shan Centre), and then we just walked to the seaside, where we could see the Ma On Shan Promenade and YMCA Wu Kai Sha Youth Village.

這片水域名叫"沙田海", 海邊有著名景點~~ 巨型心!!!! 據說是一位退休伯伯的傑作, 很大, 而且由多層石組成, 真正是強風也刮不掉!!! 去年我們也曾用碎石弄了一個小小的心送給大家疼愛的花老 B, 不過一腳便給我們弄散了.....
This place is called "Shatin Sea" (or "Sha Tin Hoi"), there is a very famous "spot" here~~ a JUMBO BIG heart @ the beachside!! This big heart is made by a retired man, with layers of big hard rocks, even won't be blown away during typhoon!! We had made a tiny heart for our beloved Tachibana san near this big heart last year, but it was gone by a "kick" from our team-mates!!

We could see the big statue of Aryavalokitesvara Bodhisattva from here!! (@ Tsz Shan Temple, Tung Chi Road, Tai Po)

海邊有小艇出租.

到了渡頭灣村, 海邊有燒烤爐出租及飲品出售, 遊人可自攜食物來此燒烤.
Uncle Happy's BBQ club is at the seaside of To Tau Wan Village, visitors can have a seaside party here~~ bring your own food, just pay and use the BBQ stoves near the beach. (Drinks available from the food stall here)

很快便到了烏溪沙盡頭, 太陽終於出現, 很多人趁水退跑來沙灘玩!!!
Now we were @ Wu Kai Sha, near Whitehead (the sea cape of Wu Kai Sha, Tolo Channel)~ Finally the sun came out and lots of people were playing along the beach during the low tide.
