Just boil a mug of water with rice cakes, then add them into hot and sour soup, super yummy and very easy to prepare even when you are in the campsite, and your tummy is FULL for the rest of the day.
年糕亦可以放入糖水, 一杯即沖花生糊 + 年糕, 又暖又好味.
It's also a very good idea to put a few pieces of rice cakes into sweet soup.
Just add 2-3 pieces of cooked rice cakes into instant peanut paste sweet soup, a warm and delicious dessert which is easy and quick to make during winter camping.
