今日, 在海灘挑戰無火煮食!

Today's Special ~~ Flameless cooking challenge @ the seaside of Tong Fuk.

岩石是今日的廚房.

Kitchen of today @ the top of these big rocks.

甜品 ~~ 黑芝麻糰子

We're going to steam these black sesame glutinous rice balls as dessert.

在岩石上準備自熱包來煮食.

Ready for wild cooking with self-heating pack.

Everything is ready on the rocks.

黑芝麻糰子 及 少許蔬菜.

Sweet rice balls & some veggies.

通心粉

Macaroni is ready.

煮食中, 到海灘另一方去.

While cooking was in progress, we went to another side of the beach.

芝士通粉很香!!!

Yum yum yummmm macaroni cheese.

點心蒸好了.

Dessert is also ready.

離開之前, 來個芝麻糊.

Have a cup of black sesame paste sweet soup before leaving.

再戰自熱午餐!!! 今次是蘆筍意大利飯.

This time we have asparagus risotto!

一定不能缺少的芝士粉.

Don't forget to bring cheese powder.

今早大風, 要擋一下.

A simple tarp wind shield.

加入少許紫椰菜.

Add some purple cabbage & kale.

開始噴煙.......

又是糖水時間.

Dessert time again!

飯後, Donny 開始弄芝麻糊.

Donny helped us to make instant black sesame paste sweet soup!

Smells great!

市郊探秘行 ~~ 古墓背面喝糖水

雨下市郊探秘, 找到一片古墓, 背面卻是休憩勝地.

Warm with occasional showers, wondering around in the urban area & found a piece of deserted graveyard.

There is a good sitting area at the back of the graveyard, we stayed there to have a rest & lunch.

午飯之後, 糖水時間到了.

今天有即沖糖水, 有花生糊及芝麻糊.

Time for sweet soup after lunch.

We've brought instant peanut paste powder & black sesame paste powder, just add hot water and yummy dessert will be ready in seconds!!

Donny 幫忙製作花生糊.

Donny helped us to make peanut paste dessert.

花生糊很香, 清涼的午間, 熱熱的糖水最合適.

Great peanut paste dessert on a cool afternoon.

Captain 也喜歡糖水.
Captain likes sweet soup!!!
