We have been walking for 2.5 km.
吊鐘王
Huge tree with lots of CNY pink bell flowers!
吊鐘林在斜坡上, 要爬上去看花.
碎石鬆散, 勿用石頭借力, 小心爬山.
Most of the CNY pink bell flowers are growing on the slope, you have to climb up from here.
The trail is full of loose stones, take great great care while you are climbing up, you cannot use them as stepping stones or you may fall down.
爬到了平原, 但大部分的吊鐘花都掉光了.
Finally we can walk on a piece of flat land, there were lots of CNY pink bell flowers along the trail, but most of them have fallen and disappeared.
It is a very windy place.
過澗. Cross the stream first.

天梯..... 全條路都是不停上樓梯.
Staircases nightmare along the whole hiking trail.


一小時上樓梯之旅由此開始.
Then.... we have to accept this challenge..... 1 hour's upstairs walk for Luk Wu Plateau.

終於看見吊鐘花!!!!!!!!!
一小時上樓梯之旅完成, 在平地上小休.
Just finished an hour's upstairs walk, time to have a short rest.

要去雙鹿石澗, 大浪西灣就去此方向.
吊鐘林方向, 亦可順道去萬宜水庫.
This way for CNY pink bell flower woods, and you can also go to High Island Reservoir from here.

山上居然起霧!! 低地是陽光普照的.
As we have reached the high-land, it started to become misty!!!
The mountain breeze is blowing towards us and cover us with mist.
It was sunny with clear blue sky while we were walking from low land.
吊鐘花差不多掉光.
山頂附近仍有不少美麗吊鐘花.
原路回鰂魚湖引水道.
仍有芒草!!!
A surprise there are still some silver grass!

回程時過河, 拿點溪水去附近的燒烤場煮茶.
最後一段林徑.
The last part of the walk.

下午茶之後, 去沙田市中心吃飯, 黃昏的城門河很美.
After having a tea break with the hiking team in a BBQ site under Tai Cham Koi, we took a bus back to Shatin Town Center for a supper.
Shing Mun River is very beautiful in the evening.
